By using TortaPatrol, you agree to these terms. TortaPatrol is a discovery platform operated by VILLARENOVA LLC that helps customers find food trucks and helps truck owners share their live location and menu.

Discovery Only — No Ordering or Payments

TortaPatrol does not process orders or payments. All transactions occur directly between customers and truck owners, in person. TortaPatrol is not a party to any sale and bears no responsibility for order accuracy, pricing, or fulfillment.

Food Safety Disclaimer

TortaPatrol is a discovery platform. Truck operators are solely responsible for food quality, safety, and health compliance, including all applicable local and state health permits and regulations. TortaPatrol does not inspect, certify, or guarantee the safety or quality of any food sold by trucks listed on the platform.

Truck Owner Responsibilities

Truck owners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, menu, and live location data, and for maintaining all required business licenses and health permits in their operating jurisdiction.

Free Forever, Zero Commission

Listing a truck on TortaPatrol is free with zero commission on sales, since TortaPatrol does not process any transactions.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any profile that provides false location data, violates applicable law, or is used to spam customers with excessive notifications.

Limitation of Liability

TortaPatrol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on live location data that may be inaccurate or delayed.
